Do you ship internationally? We certainly do! We ship all over the world! If you want to have an idea of how much the shipping charges will be simply submit a quotation (once you have added items to your cart) and the site will tell you how much the shipping will be for your order.
How long do orders take to get to overseas locations? Shipping is generally very quick, however, as a general rule we like to say that shipping takes 7-10 working days.
Do you accept returns? Yes, we do, but they are at the buyers expense in cases where the customer does not want the goods. In cases where there has been an error on the order, we will pay for the shipping charges.
Are you suspender/pacifier clips lead and Nickel free? YES YES YES. Our goal is to provide our customers will top quality items. We have invested alot to ensure that the quality of our goods meet and comply with government standards. Each suspender/pacifier clip is sent out for laboratory testing to check that the item is lead and nickle free.
Do you offer Wholesale prices? Yes we do! Wholesale rates will vary depending on the item. Please email sharon@kinderklipz.com to get a quote.
Do I have to pay taxes/customs on my order? If you are within the EU, I am required to charge VAT (19%) sales tax.If you are a registered business and hold a tax id # than the VAT need not be charged. Please advise upon placing your order. Customs and duties may be charged to customers from overseas locations.
Can i get a better shipping rate? KinderKlipz does not believe in marking up shipping charges to customers. We charge a 1,25 euro handling fee which covers part of the cost of packaging your order, the rest of the shipping rate is strictly that, shipping. We use TNT post which has proven to be efficient and cost effective. If we see there is an opportunity to make the shipping charges on your order cheaper, we will do so and refund you and over charge. For instance, in some cases where the order slightly exceeds 500 grams, the shipping rate raises significantly. In those cases, we would split the order which would reduce the shipping charge.
