Do you ship internationally? 
We certainly do! We ship all over the world! If you want to have an idea of how much the shipping charges will simply submit a quotation (once you have added items to your cart) and the site will tell you how much the shipping will be for your order. You can also see the shipping charges by location in the Shipping & Returns section.

You can also choose what method do you prefer*, with tracking number or not. 
* Available only for orders under 2kg.

How long do orders take to get to overseas locations? 
Shipping is generally very quick, however, as a general rule, we like to say that shipping takes 7-10 working days for orders outside Europe. You can also see the estimated shipping time in the Shipping & Returns section.

Do you accept returns? 
Yes, however, you the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping cost to us. In cases where there has been an error on the order, we will pay for the shipping charges. More information at the Shipping & Returns section.

Are you suspender/pacifier clips Lead and Nickel free? 
Yes, our goal is to provide our customers will top quality items. We have invested a lot to ensure that the quality of our goods meets and comply with government and European standards. Each suspender/pacifier clip is sent out for laboratory testing to check that the item is lead and nickle free.

Do you offer Wholesale prices? 
Yes, we do! Wholesale rates will vary depending on the item and quantity. Although we already offer automatically discount prices by purchase quantity for various products, we also assist those who wish to purchase higher quantities.

Do I have to pay VAT/taxes/customs on my order? 
All our prices and shipping costs exclude VAT tax, this will be added to the total of your order (23% tax). If you are a registered VAT business within European Union our if you are a business outside European Union please add your tax number in your 's Kinderklipz account and/or contact us to validate this and exclude the VAT tax from your orders. 

Customs and duties may be charged to customers from overseas locations. You, 
the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
